Reiki Intake Form and Consent Form:

In order to better service you, you will need to fill out your Reiki Healing Intake Form and Consent Form..

After you book your online appointment, you will receive an email confirmation.

The Reiki Healing "Intake Form" and the Reiki Healing "Consent Form" link will be attached to your appointment confirmation email. Click on the links to fill out the forms.

How it Works In Person Reiki:

1. Upon arrival take off your shoes, leave all of your clothes on.
2. Wash your hands.
3. Discuss intake form and what to expect during the Reiki Healing session.
4. Client Consent form.
5. The Practitioner will perform Reiki.
6. Once the Reiki session is complete the practitioner will discuss Reiki energy experience with the client and post detox possibilities.
7. Recommendations.

Please Note: Although Reiki Healing works in harmony with any medical or psychological treatment, the Reiki Practitioner is not a medical physician and can not diagnose, treat, or advise against any medical advice.

How it Works Long Distance/Online Reiki:

1. Client - find a nice clean, comfortable, quiet, dimmed light setting area of your home or work space to relax, whether laying down (recommended) or sitting up.
2. Client - please ensure that you will not be interrupted, or disturbed during the entire duration of your Reiki Healing session.
3. You will be emailed the Zoom video link for your online Reiki Healing. Just click on the Zoom video link to get started at your appointment time using your smartphone, tablet, computer desktop or laptop.
4. Introduction and Discussion of your intake form and what to expect during Reiki Healing session.
5. Client Consent form.
6. The Practitioner will perform Reiki.
7. Once the Reiki session is complete the practitioner will discuss Reiki energy experience with client and post detox possibilities
8. Recommendations.

APPOINTMENTS - Online Bookings

All appointments must be scheduled at least 1 day in advance based on availability. 

No same day appointments.

Once you are booked in the system you will receive an email and a text message notification confirming your appointment.

APPOINTMENT REMINDERS:

You will receive an email reminder 2 days before your appointment date and time and a text message reminder 2 hours before your appointment time on the date of your Reiki Healing Session.

PLEASE arrive at your appointment on time, we will not be able to go over the duration of your session due to other appointments.

Example: If your appointment time is at 9:00am and you are scheduled for a 90 minute session which would end at 10:30am, but you arrive at 9:30am,  your appointment time will still end at 10:30am. Again, we will not be able to go over the duration of your session from your scheduled appointment time.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS:

All payments are required up front on the day the appointment is booked via Online.

We ask that you cancel or reschedule 2 days from your appointment date and time for a full refund.

Any cancellations made after that will result in a $35.00 Cancellation Fee.
